With the Smile and Re:amaze integration, you can:- Display customer loyalty data (points, VIP tier, referral URL) alongside conversations
- Personalize replies using points balance and VIP status
- Triage conversations based on loyalty status

To use the Smile and Re:amaze integration, you must meet the following requirements:Have a Re:amaze account
Have a Smile account with a paid plan
This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
