About Remarkety

Remarkety is an ecommerce marketing automation platform that combines shopping behavior with predictive algorithms to deliver personalized email, SMS, and social campaigns. When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Remarkety contacts and use it to segment audiences and personalize messaging.

With the Smile and Remarkety integration, you can:
  • Sync points balance, VIP tier, and program status to Remarkety contacts
  • Segment audiences by points balance or VIP tier
  • Use loyalty data in email templates

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Remarkety integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a Remarkety account

Have a Smile account with a paid plan

This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
