đĄ Important: If youâre not using embedded content that lets customers interact with their pointsâlike Loyalty Hub or deep links that open the panelâmake sure the launcher remains visible. If itâs hidden, customers wonât have a way to redeem their points or engage with your loyalty program.
The loyalty launcher is the on-site button that opens your program for customers. It allows them to access their loyalty account, check points, and redeem rewards directly from your store.
While the launcher helps customers engage with your loyalty program, itâs no longer the only way they can interact. If youâre using embedded content, customers may engage directly through those on-site components instead, and you may choose to hide the loyalty launcher.
Launcher placement changes can take up to 15 minutes to appear on your site. If you donât see your updates right away, please wait a few minutes and refresh your browser cache before checking again.
