Understand the unique connection between a Smile account and an online store

Each instance of Smile is unique to the store that it is installed on. This means that it is not currently possible to connect Smile to multiple stores from one account. At this time Smile accounts will not be able to communicate (i.e. send points across your different stores or collect points across these stores) with one another.

Merchants can install multiple instances of Smile on different stores, however these will be independent rewards programs per the store they are installed on.

It is not currently possible to move an instance of Smile from one store to another. In order to add Smile to a different store, going through the installation process is required.
