Note: do not continue with this tutorial unless your VIP program has been disabled.

You have the option of adding and removing VIP tiers from your program at any time.

📝  Pro Tip

When it comes to number of tiers, 3 is the magic number and Smile's official recommendation.

In the Tiers section of your VIP program, click "Add tier."

Fill in the required fields to complete the earning action setup.  

These fields include a tier name and the Milestone your customers needs to reach in order to be admitted.

Click Create to activate your new VIP tier. 


You will then have the option of customizing the following VIP tier elements:

• Tier logo
• Entry rewards (awarded to customers once they enter the tier)
• Perks
• Entry notifications (whether a customer will be notified of their new status) 


Note: entry rewards are only awarded the first time someone enters the tier.


Once you've saved your changes, enable your VIP program on your VIP Settings page to allow customers to see it in in your customer panel's VIP card.
