The Activity page shows individual events that occur across your loyalty program. This includes activity related to points, referrals, and VIP tiers.

View the activity page

This page displays a chronological list of all activity across your loyalty program. From this page, you can review recent events or open specific activity lists for points, referrals, and VIP tiers. In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Activity.

View points activity

To see all points-related activity:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Activity.
  2. Select View all points activity.
This page shows individual points events, such as when customers earn, redeem, or have points adjusted.

View referral activity

To see referral program activity:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Activity.
  2. Select View all referral activity.
This page shows referral events, including pending, blocked, and completed referrals.

View VIP activity

To see VIP tier activity:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Activity.
  2. Select View all VIP activity.
This page shows VIP-related events, such as when customers move between tiers.

View activity for a customer

From any activity list, you can select a customer’s name to view more details about that customer’s activity on their profile. If you’re looking for a specific customer, you can also find a customer to view their loyalty program activity directly from their profile.
