Key VIP metrics


Each segment comparison includes the following metrics:

  • Total customers: The number of customers in that tier and their percentage of your total member base.

  • Average annual spend: The average total revenue per customer over the past 12 months.

  • Annual purchase frequency: The average number of orders each customer placed in the past 12 months.

  • AOV (average order value): The average spend per order for customers in that tier.
