3. Configure Points Program

15-30 minutes Spending rules equal to 100 points = $1. • Review Ways to earn/Rewards Place an order configuration gives members • Three $ off coupons ($5,10,20)
3x to 5x their purchase in points. Review place an order (Eg. $50 order = 150 points at 3 points per dollar). Referral Program 👯♂️ • Referring Customer Reward 10 minutes • Referred Friend Reward Adjust the $ off reward to equal 10% of your store’s average order value. 5. Pre-launch points import 📈 • Export customers from Smile 30 minutes • Delete all columns except ‘Email’ and ‘Points Balance’. • Change ‘Points Balance’ to ‘points’ • Change ‘Email’ to ‘email’ • Adjust the points totals in app. 6. Promote your program! 📣 Invite customers to join your program. • Email customers and let them know about the program. • Include details about Points/Referrals • Use social media channels to promote your program.
