Re:amaze is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that allows you to consolidate all of your channels of contact with customers in one place. With live chat capabilities, Re:amaze is a powerful tool for keeping customers happy and informed. To make your support even more effective, Smile rewards data is built into Re:amaze conversation pages.

How to install the Re:amaze app
After you click install, you will be asked to authorize Re:amaze to read customers and manage activities. To accept, click Authorize.
You will then be taken to Re:amaze’s website, where the only action you need to complete is selecting Yes. From there, you’re all set to start using rewards information in your conversations with customers!
How to use Smile with Re:amaze
To see the Smile rewards data on the Re:amaze site, first go into your inbox. From there, click on a customer conversation you want to respond to.
Note: Only registered customers will have Smile data. If you want to see data for guest customers, they will need to create an account.
On the conversation page, you will be able to see a number of pieces of information about the customer’s rewards status that you can use to enhance your interactions with them. This information includes:
- What VIP tier they’re in
- How many points they’ve earned
- When they joined the program
- Customer state
- Unique referral code
With this information at your fingertips, you can bring your customer service to a whole other level!
