Remarkety is an email marketing app that allows you to grow sales and improve customer retention with personalized emails and automated campaigns.
Smile apps/integrations are only available on a Smile paid plan, on the Shopify and BigCommerce platforms.

The Remarkety Smile app allows you to:

  • Sync your rewards program member information with your Remarkety account
  • Use personalized rewards info in your email communication

How to install the Remarkety app

On the Apps page of your Smile Admin, select the Remarkety app from the listings. Click Connect Connect Smile to your Remarkety account by clicking Authorize. This will take you to your Remarkety account, where you will be able to see Smile listed as an enabled integration in your Account Settings.

Syncing Smile and the Remarkety

Create a segmented list This app allows you to create segments of contacts based on Smile reward information. Segments can be created based on any of the following properties:
  • Customer points balance
  • VIP tier names
  • Program membership status
Tip: Give your segment a name that allows you to easily identify this specific group of customers.
Add reward information to an email campaign When you create a new email campaign or newsletter in Remarkety, you have the option to add your program information to your campaign. To do that, select a text box in your Remarkety email template and click Insert Tag. The drop-down menu that appears will show you all of the rewards program information that was synced with the Remarkety Smile app. When you have selected the program information you’d like to add, your email will be populated with the correct customer information.
