The launcher is the on-site button customers click to open your loyalty program panel — where they can view their points, rewards, and ways to earn more. You can choose where this button appears on your website to create a smooth experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Change your launcher placement

To change your launcher placement in Smile Admin, go to: Settings → Branding → Theme → Placement From here, you can:
  • Choose whether the launcher appears on the left or right side of your site.
  • Adjust the side and bottom spacing between the launcher and your customers’ window using the Spacing menu.
  • Switch between the Desktop and Mobile tabs to fine-tune placement for each device.
Click Save when you’re done.
Important: Launcher placement changes can take up to 15 minutes to appear on your site. If you don’t see your updates right away, please wait a few minutes and refresh your browser cache before checking again. This delay applies to both desktop and mobile updates.
Tip: Check where other key elements (like menus or chat widgets) appear on your site. Placing your launcher on the opposite side can help customers spot and use it more easily.
