Introduction

As of October 7th, 2020, we have removed the ability to add new HTML emails.

This change is part of our overall efforts to improve Smile notifications for you and your customers. For now, any emails that are already custom HTML emails will remain in your account, and you can continue to edit and use them. However, you will not be able to add any new custom emails after this date.

Our standard Smile email templates with basic customization options will be available to use in your account at any point. To switch to a template email click Switch to default editor in any of your emails and click Publish.
