The reward panel is where customers can view their points balance, available rewards, and ways to participate in your loyalty program. To customize your reward panel, go to On-site content > Panel. The panel editor includes two tabs:
  • Content — Customize the text, images, and layout shown in your reward panel.
  • Appearance — Customize your reward panel’s styling.
Important: Changes to your reward panel can take up to 15 minutes to appear on your storefront. If you don’t see your updates right away, wait a few minutes and refresh your browser before checking again.

Customize reward panel content

Use the Content tab to customize the text, images, and layout shown in your reward panel. Use the Current view dropdown to switch between reward panel screens, including Home, Birthday entry, Referral program details, and VIP program details.

Add a banner image and brand icon

In the Content tab, you can add:
  • Banner image — Minimum size: 1080 × 600 px. Supported file types: JPEG and PNG.
  • Brand icon — Minimum size: 108 × 108 px. Supported file types: JPEG and PNG.

Customize your reward panel header

You can customize the header shown at the top of your reward panel for both visitors and members, including the welcome text and loyalty program name. For full details, see Customize loyalty program name.

Customize account creation content

Use the Account creation CTA section to customize the text shown to visitors.
Note: Some panel headings can’t be customized, including “Ways to earn,” “Ways to redeem,” “Points activity,” “Referral history,” and “VIP activity.”

Reorder reward program sections

You can choose the order that your Points, Referrals, and VIP sections appear in the reward panel. In the reward sections area, drag and drop sections into your preferred order.

Customize reward panel appearance

Use the Appearance tab to customize your reward panel’s theme, colors, shapes, and wallpaper.

Change the panel theme

In the Theme section, select Light or Dark. Theme settings also apply to other customer-facing Smile experiences, including Nudges and email notifications.

Update panel colors

Use the Colors section to customize colors used throughout the reward panel, including banners, buttons, links, icons, and headers. To update your primary or secondary brand colors, go to Settings > Branding.

Change panel shapes

Use the Shapes section to customize the corner style used throughout the reward panel.

Add a wallpaper

Use the Wallpaper section to add or remove a wallpaper pattern.

Hide Smile branding

You can remove Smile branding from the reward panel. For instructions, see Hide Smile branding.
