Adding a loyalty program name in the reward panel allows you to customize your on-site content to match your brand and engage customers.

Edit your loyalty program name

By default, Smile uses the name of your store on the reward panel to introduce your program. You have the ability to customize your program name in the reward panel, as well as the welcome text used to introduce your program. To edit your program name and panel text:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to On-site content.
  2. In the Panel card, click Customize.
  3. Click the Header card.
  4. In the Caption text box, enter text to introduce your program.
  5. In the Title text box, enter your program name.
  6. Click Save.
Note: The Caption and Title fields can’t be left blank. If you don’t enter custom text, Smile will use default text. The default Caption is “Welcome to” and the default Title is the name of your store.
