About Rep AI

Rep AI is an AI-powered shopping assistant for ecommerce stores that turns customer conversations into sales, support, and insights. When connected to Smile, Rep AI can reference each customer’s points balance in real time and surface their loyalty status during the conversation.

Features and functionality

With the Smile and Rep AI integration, you can:
  • Surface a customer’s points balance during AI conversations
  • Reference loyalty data when relevant to the shopper’s question
  • Skip loyalty mentions for customers without a points balance

Integration requirements

To use the Smile and Rep AI integration, you must meet the following requirements:

Have a Rep AI account

Have a Smile account with API access

This integration requires API access, which is typically only available on the Plus and Enterprise plans. If you’re on a lower plan that does not include API access, you can contact support to discuss options.
