π‘ Important: Your loyalty program remains fully live while you test it. Hiding the launcher and disabling emails only prevent customers from seeing the program β it continues running in the background. After you're done testing, you can reset any test data.
You can test your loyalty program to make sure it works as expected β without customers seeing it on your site. This lets you check earning, redeeming, and points activity before launching to your customers.
Step 1: Hide the launcher on desktop and mobile
When you hide the launcher, customers wonβt see it on your site β but your loyalty program remains active in the background.
β οΈ Warning: Hiding the launcher does not turn off your program. Customers can still earn points, and loyalty emails (if enabled) will continue to send.
Step 2: Disable all loyalty emails
To prevent customers from receiving loyalty-related notifications while you test, turn off your program emails.
Step 3: Open your program manually
Even with the launcher hidden and emails disabled, you can still access your loyalty program to test how it looks and functions.

Step 4: Reset test data (optional)
If customers or staff earn points during testing, you can reset their balances before launch with a CSV import. This resets balances, but does not remove any points history or activity.
