Introduction
You have the option to disable action and rewards in your program. To disable, simply click into the Earning actions or Rewards you'd like to disable, click Edit near the Status area, then click Disabled.
How to disable earning actions and rewards
From your Smile Admin, navigate to Program> Points> Actions. Click edit on an individual earning action, and there will be an option to disable that specific action.
Once you click Save, your program members will no longer be able to earn points for performing that particular action or spend points on that particular reward.
If you'd ever like to Enable the action or reward, click Edit, then Active, then Save.
