Best Practice

What type of reward should I offer?

Start with these two (choose one):

How much discount should I offer?

Offer 10% to 20% of your average order value (AOV) to incentivize these new customers. Remember, these are cold leads.

Should I set a minimum purchase amount for all rewards?

Once you follow these best practices, give your rewards program at least 6 months before re-evaluating and making changes to your program. Customers will need time to earn enough points and learn about your program before they can start redeeming the rewards you are offering.
