When order counting starts
If you’re not on a trial, we start counting orders when you subscribe to a paid plan or enable a program (Points, Referrals, or VIP) — whichever happens first. If you’re on a trial, we do not count orders during your trial. Counting begins after your trial ends and you’ve enabled a program. This gives you time to set up and test your program before order counting begins. Orders placed before you install Smile are not counted toward your order usage.Excluded orders
Orders without associated customer emails are not counted toward your usage. This includes certain marketplace orders or in-person sales made through your point of sale (POS) system that do not collect customer emails. Only orders with a customer email are included in your monthly order count.Note: Your monthly order count is calculated separately from your program setup. This means all orders placed in your store are counted toward your monthly order limit, whether your program runs online, in-store, or both.
