Customizing your email sender name and reply-to address gives you control over how your loyalty emails appear to customers. Editing your sender name and reply-to email address is available on all Smile plans, and you can update these details at any time in your settings to keep communication clear and on-brand.

Customize sender name and email

To update the sender name and reply-to email address:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Settings > General.
  2. In the Customer Notifications card, update the Sender Name and Reply-To Email fields.
  3. Click Save.
