What is the Program members dashboard?
The Program members dashboard gives you a quick look at how many members you have in your rewards program.
What is it: shows the total number of members in your rewards program. A program member is anyone with a customer account on your store.
Why it matters: you want as many people as possible signing up for your program in order to maximize your program's ROI. Visible calls to action and "Create an Account" buttons are great ways to encourage signups.
What it is: shows the total number of non-points rewards that have been issued. This could be discount codes, free products, free shipping, etc.
What it means: this metric gives great insight into whether or not your rewards are compelling to your customers.
Program members added
What is it: shows the net number of new members that create an account on your store each day, thereby joining your rewards program.
You can choose to view these results for the past 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
Why it matters: this is a great way to keep track of how effective your rewards program marketing efforts are. The higher the number, the more interested people are in your program, and the more likely they are to become a repeat customer!
