Create a new free shipping reward
To create a new free shipping reward:- In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Points.
- Click Add ways to redeem.
- Select Free shipping.
- In the Reward value card, enter the number of points required to redeem the reward.
- Click Create.
Note: In the Reward value card, Shopify merchants can set a maximum shipping amount that will be covered when a customer uses this reward on an order.
Limitations of free shipping reward configuration
When setting up free shipping rewards, keep the following limitations in mind. Free shipping rewards cannot:- Be restricted to specific shipping rates or methods
- Cover a percentage of the shipping cost
- Require a minimum purchase amount
- Be applied to a specific collection of products
