Feature availability: VIP is available on Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans.
- Disable the discount code in your eCommerce platform. The reward will still appear as Issued in Smile and may still appear available to the customer, but the code can no longer be redeemed.
- Use the discount code in an order so Smile recognizes the reward as used and no longer displays it as active to the customer. This does not need to be a real customer order.

Access the reward code
To access the reward code:- In Smile Admin, go to the customer’s profile.
- Select the Rewards tab.
- Locate the reward code.
