Using points at checkout is an easy way to remind customers that they have a points balance they can use towards their purchase before they check out.
Making it easy for your customers to spend their points will add value to their checkout experience, increasing the likelihood that they’ll purchase from you again.

Add a custom action
Custom actions allow you to create your own unique program earning rules, making it easy to reward customers for engaging with your program in ways that go beyond just making a purchase. Custom actions could include rewarding customers for completing a user profile, watching a video or subscribing to your newsletter.
When you add more value to each interaction customers have with your brand, they’ll be more likely to purchase from you again.

Awarding bonus points for orders over a certain dollar value is a great way to motivate your customers to increase their order size.
