About Stay AI

Stay AI is a subscription platform for Shopify brands that uses retention analytics to reduce churn and grow recurring revenue. When connected to Smile, you can display loyalty information in the Stay AI customer portal alongside a customer’s subscription details and status, providing a seamless and unified customer experience.

Features and functionality

With the Smile and Stay AI integration, you can:

• Display a customer’s points balance, referral URL, and VIP tier in the Stay AI customer portal
• Allow customers to redeem points for discounts on their subscriptions
• Surface ways to earn and redeem points, directly in the Stay AI customer portal
