Introduction
If you are running both an eCommerce and offline retail store, you have the option to reward customers who make a purchase in-store (using Shopify POS) with exclusive rewards.
✅ This tutorial is only applicable to Shopify merchants.

Adding a POS specific reward
To set up your POS-specific reward, click the Add ways to redeem button on the Rewards page of your points program.
Options for Shopify POS rewards
POS amount discount
POS percentage discount
📋 Note: For POS rewards - you do not have an 'incremental' reward option. You can only choose between a fixed amount off discount, or a percentage discount.
Scroll down to the list of Shopify POS rewards and select the one you'd like to activate by clicking "Select reward".
Fill in the required fields and click Save to activate your reward.
📋 Note: POS-specific rewards will not appear in your customer panel because they do not impact your online customers.
