- This process uses the customer’s points to claim a reward from your existing loyalty program setup.
- It cannot be used to create a standalone discount code that isn’t linked to a points redemption.
- The reward option must already exist in your program before you can redeem it.

Spend points for a customer
Before redeeming, confirm that:- The customer has enough points to redeem the selected reward.
- The reward redemption option already exists in your loyalty program setup.
- In Smile Admin, navigate to Customers.
- Search for and select the customer.
- In the Points card, click Spend points.
- Choose the reward you’d like to redeem.
- Click Redeem reward.
- Click Copy code to copy the customer’s discount code.
- Click Done.
