Points expiry information is available in two places: on a customer’s Shopify profile for quick individual lookups, and in a pre-built report in Smile Admin for bulk visibility across your program. This article explains how to use both — if you haven’t enabled points expiry yet, see Configure points expiry.
Feature availability: Points expiry is available on Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans.

View expiry for a single customer in Shopify Admin

The Smile loyalty block on Shopify customer profiles shows a customer’s current points balance and their expiry date.
Note: The Smile loyalty block must be added to your Shopify customer pages before you can use it. See Add the Smile loyalty block to Shopify customer pages for setup instructions.
  1. In Shopify Admin, go to Customers.
  2. Select the customer you want to look up.
  3. Scroll to the Smile Loyalty Program block on the customer profile page.
  4. Check the customer’s points expiry date.

View expiry across your customer base

The List of customers with points expiring report in Smile Admin shows upcoming points expirations across all customers.
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Analytics > Reports.
  2. Click List of customers with points expiring.
  3. Use the drop-down menus to select the date range you want to review.
  4. To download the data, click the More options menu (⋯) at the top right of the report, then select Download.
