Smile automatically generates an icon for a way to earn or redeem when it is created, however you can upload a custom icon for an earning or redeeming action to personalize your loyalty program and match your brand.

Upload a custom icon for a way to earn or redeem

A custom icon is visible for customers in the Smile panel and any emails sent from Smile for this action. To upload a custom icon for a way to earn or redeem:
  1. In Smile Admin, navigate to Program > Points.
  2. In the Ways to earn or Ways to redeem card find the action you’d like to modify, click Edit.
  3. In the Icon card, choose Upload your own.
  4. Click Add image.
  5. Upload the image you’d like to use for the icon.
  6. Click Save.
Important: The uploaded icon image must be 90px by 90px.
Note: When a custom icon is uploaded or edited, it may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected on your store.
