Your customers can view their points in several ways, depending on your Smile setup and plan. Each option helps increase the visibility of your loyalty program—encouraging customers to engage, redeem, and keep coming back.
No matter your plan, customers can always see their points in the Smile panel. From there, you can expand visibility by enabling more options as your program grows.
1. In the Smile panel
This is the default option and is available to all Smile merchants on any plan.
Customers can log in to their store account, open the Smile launcher, and see their points balance displayed at the top of the Smile panel. From there, they can also view available rewards, see how to earn more points, and track their recent activity.

2. At checkout

If you’ve set up Redeem points at checkout, customers can see their points balance directly during checkout. They can choose how many points they’d like to redeem and apply them to their order as a discount before completing their purchase.

3. On the account page

If you’ve added Smile to the customer account page, customers will see their points balance displayed directly in their account.
