Introduction

Once you’ve set up your program Theme, you can add even more personality to your program by customizing your program cards on your Panel page (Branding > Panel).

✅ This feature is only available on a Smile paid plan.

Overview

Making changes to your program card text

Your brand voice is one of the most powerful tools you have to give your customers a reason to join, engage with and share your program.

You can use it to your advantage by adding custom text to the title and description area of your program cards on the Panel page including your:

  • Account creation card

  • Points card

  • Referral card

  • VIP card

  • Birthday entry card

📝 Pro Tip: Your account creation card is your biggest opportunity to convince new visitors to join your brand community, so make it count! Use this text to give non-members a glimpse of what they’re missing out on to encourage them to join your brand community.

Adding a custom greeting for program visitors

Make your site visitors feel welcome with a friendly greeting in your program header. You can edit this in the visitor Header section.

Once you're happy with your changes, click Save.

📝 Pro Tip: The changes you make to your program card text will populate in the preview area as you make them so you can see what they will look like before saving them.

Changing the order of your program cards

To change the order of your program cards simply drag and drop the program names in the card menu. This makes it super easy for you to control how your program cards appear for both members and visitors.

Choosing which program status to highlight for members

You can customize the program status that members will see when they log in in the member Header section.

Use the points status to highlight how many points a member has, referral status to show how many referrals they’ve made or the VIP status to show a member which tier they’re in.

Use each of these program card changes as a chance to really personalize any interaction a member has with your program.
