Smile does not currently award points retroactively for purchases made prior to installing Smile. If you wish to award retroactive points, you can do manually or in bulk via a CSV Import
To import points, you'll want to create a CSV with 2 columns: email, and points - you can get the 'Points' information by pulling a 'total spent' report from your eCommerce provider, and multiplying the number by the amount of points you are giving per dollar amount spent.
