A consistent look and feel builds trust and recognition with your customers. Smile makes it simple to customize your loyalty program’s design — from colors and shapes, to wallpapers, banners, and launcher placement — so your program reflects your brand identity.
Important: Display changes can take up to 15 minutes to appear on your site. If you don’t see updates right away, wait a few minutes and refresh your browser cache before checking again.

Theme

Your Smile theme defines the main visual elements of your loyalty program. To make updates, go to Settings ’ Branding ’ Theme. You can update:
  • Brand colors — Choose your primary and secondary colors. Use the color picker or enter an HTML color code to match your exact palette.
  • Shapes — Adjust the corners, cards, buttons, and inputs to create either a soft or sharp aesthetic.
  • Wallpaper — Add a patterned background behind your banner image and program cards to reflect your brand’s personality.
  • Banner image and brand icon — Your banner image appears at the top of the panel, while your brand icon displays in the top-left corner.
    • Banner image: 1080 × 600 px
    • Brand icon: 108 × 108 px
  • Launcher placement and visibility — Adjust where your program launcher appears on your site, and choose whether it’s visible on mobile and/or desktop.

Launcher

The launcher is your customer’s entry point to the program — displayed as a button on your site. To update your launcher, go to On-site content ’ Launcher ’ Customize. You can:

Panel

The panel is where customers explore your loyalty program — viewing their points, rewards, and ways to earn more. You can update its layout and content to match your brand tone and structure. To make changes, go to On-site content ’ Panel ’ Customize. You can:
  • Edit your loyalty program name.
  • Reorder program cards within the panel.
  • Edit titles and descriptions for program cards.
  • Customize the account creation button and supporting text.
  • Note: At this time, it’s not possible to edit the order that earning rules appear in the panel.
Tip: You can edit content separately for Visitors and Members to create a personalized experience for each group.
