Adding the Smile loyalty block to Shopify customer pages lets you manage your loyalty program directly from each customer profile. You can view loyalty details, adjust points, and redeem rewards without leaving Shopify.
Add the Smile loyalty block
Follow these steps to add the Smile loyalty block to your Shopify customer pages:
- From Shopify Admin, open any customer page.
- Scroll to the Blocks section.
- Click + Block.
- Select Loyalty program from the list.
Tip: To keep the loyalty program block visible across all customer profiles, click the pin icon in the top-right corner of the block.
Using the loyalty program block in Shopify
Once added to a Shopify customer profile, the loyalty program block gives you a centralized view of a customer’s loyalty activity and lets you take action without leaving Shopify.
With this block, you can:
- View a customer’s points balance
See their current points total at a glance.
- Check referral activity
View referral status and access the customer’s referral link.
- Monitor VIP tier status
See the customer’s current VIP tier and how many points they need to reach the next tier.
- See points expiry details
View if and when a customer’s points are set to expire.
- Redeem points on behalf of the customer
Apply rewards directly from the block.
- Manually adjust a customer’s points balance
Add or remove points to correct balances or reward customers.
