Add the Smile loyalty block
Follow these steps to add the Smile loyalty block to your Shopify customer pages:- From Shopify Admin, open any customer page.
- Scroll to the Blocks section.
- Click + Block.
- Select Loyalty program from the list.
Using the loyalty program block in Shopify
Once added to a Shopify customer profile, the loyalty program block gives you a centralized view of a customer’s loyalty activity and lets you take action without leaving Shopify. With this block, you can:- View a customer’s points balance
See their current points total at a glance. - Check referral activity
View referral status and access the customer’s referral link. - Monitor VIP tier status
See the customer’s current VIP tier and how many points they need to reach the next tier. - See points expiry details
View if and when a customer’s points are set to expire. - Redeem points on behalf of the customer
Apply rewards directly from the block. - Manually adjust a customer’s points balance
Add or remove points to correct balances or reward customers.
