Adding the Smile loyalty block to Shopify customer pages helps you manage your loyalty program more efficiently. You can view loyalty details, adjust points, and redeem rewards directly from each customer profile.

Add the Smile loyalty block

Follow these steps to add the Smile loyalty block to your Shopify customer pages:
  1. From Shopify Admin, open any customer page.
  2. Scroll to the Blocks section.
  3. Click + Block.
  4. Select Loyalty program from the list.
  5. Click the pin icon in the top-right corner of the block to show it on every customer page.
