About Klaviyo

When connected to Smile, you can sync loyalty data into Klaviyo profiles, trigger flows from program events, and reward customers for leaving Klaviyo Reviews.Features and functionality

Integration requirements
To use the Smile and Klaviyo integration, you must meet the following requirements:Have a Klaviyo account
Have a Smile account with a paid plan
This integration is available on the Essential, Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. The number of integrations you can connect depends on your plan.
