Showing customers how many points they just earned is a great way to encourage them to return to your store and make another purchase. ✅ Show points after purchase is available on Standard, Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans. ✅ Show points after purchase is available on Shopify only.

Add show points earned after purchase

  1. From Smile Admin, navigate to On-site content.
  2. In the Points after purchase section, click Setup.
  3. In the Quick setup section, click Go to checkout settings.
  4. In the Configurations section, click Customize.
  5. From the dropdown menu, choose the page where you want the message to appear:
    • Choose Thank you if your store uses Shopify legacy customer accounts.
    • Choose Order status if your store uses Shopify customer accounts.
  6. In the Order details section, click Add app block.
  7. Search for Smile.
  8. Click Show points earned on order.
Note: The app block appears for all customers. Logged-in customers see the number of points earned, while logged-out customers see the message without a specific points total.
