Add show points earned after purchase
- From Smile Admin, navigate to On-site content.
- In the Points after purchase section, click Setup.
- In the Quick setup section, click Go to checkout settings.
- In the Configurations section, click Customize.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the page where you want the message to appear:
- Choose Thank you if your store uses Shopify legacy customer accounts.
- Choose Order status if your store uses Shopify customer accounts.
- In the Order details section, click Add app block.
- Search for Smile.
- Click Show points earned on order.
Note: The app block appears for all customers. Logged-in customers see the number of points earned, while logged-out customers see the message without a specific points total.
