Feature availability: Embed points balance on the customer account page is available on Growth, Plus, and Enterprise plans for merchants on Shopify.

How it works
- Displays the customer’s current points balance along with a call-to-action button.
- By default, the call-to-action button links to the Rewards panel.
- If you are using Loyalty Hub, you can update the destination using the Custom button link setting in the left sidebar.
- The call-to-action updates automatically based on the customer’s points balance:
- If a customer has enough points, it links to available rewards so they can redeem their points.
- If a customer does not have enough points, it links to ways they can earn more points.
- Displays your custom points currency name, if set.
- Supports both Shopify customer accounts and Shopify legacy customer accounts. Follow the setup steps for your store’s account type below.
